Individual:  Individual training programs are available suited to individual goals. 

Teams:  Training programs are available for teams to suit their training needs and practice frequency.  Programs can be for outrigger, dragon boat or the combination of the two.  Small boat workouts can be incorporated.

On-water coached sessions can be added periodically through the programmed time to provide technical assistance and check on-water progress.
